Are you having trouble with your WiFi? Devices will not stay connected? No internet connection? WiFi issues are as common as they are frustrating. There are plenty of resources online to help you. PC World has a very useful article you can read here.
For our purposes, we are going to focus on a few things you can do to help when you either cannot connect to your WiFi network, or you do not have internet access.
1. Reboot your WiFi access point — Sometimes your modem and your WiFi router are the same device. Sometimes you have a modem and a separate WiFi router. If in doubt, reset both devices.
2. Disable and re-enable your WiFi card — After rebooting your WiFi router, you can turn WiFi on and off on your device. The way you do this depends on the device. If you are on a Windows 10 laptop or PC, you can learn how to do it here. If you are on a iPad or iPhone, you can read how to do it here.

If none of these steps work, there are a number of additional steps that you can take such as deleting and re-adding the printer, updating or re-installing the print driver.
